This product is special process of modified ternary copolymer block silicone oil.

Ionicity: weak cationic

Solid content: 92%—94%（105℃,3hours）

Application

Suitable for cotton, polyester, polyamide fabric

Usage Amount for Reference 

(1)Dipping Process: Dilution  2~6 %( o.w.f)

(2)Padding Process: Dilution 10~40g/L

Package

100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

 Store in cool, ventilated warehouse, 6 months of storage expiry.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8158： 170kg

Emulsifier: 30kg (recommend XL, AEO series)

Glacial acetic acid: 4kg

Water: 400kg

Emulsified to silicone emulsion, transparent appearance

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8158 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

3. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

4. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

5. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly, add 4kg glacial acetic acid to stirfor 5 minutes;

6. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

7. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

8. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

9. Add rest water, adjust PH value to 6, filter and packing.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, dispersion plate between 25 cm and 35 cm indiameter, maximum speed is 1500 RPM
