Usage Amount for Reference 

(1) Dipping Process: Dilution 2-6%( o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process: Dilution 10~40g/l

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8010：20kg

Emulsifier: 10kg

glacial acetic acid: 2kg

Water: 65kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8010 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 4kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

3. Add 4kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

4. Add 4kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 8kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

6. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

7. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

8. Slowly add rest water while stirring add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 5-6
